This is a brick-and-mortar retail business. Owners work from the franchise playbook on how to follow our system in operating their location. They are involved in the day-to-day management and operations of their retail location and all the pet services the brand offers.
We are seeking business owners that have a passion for pets but yet know how to hire, train, and manage employees.. Daily activities included managing the front of the store staff, pet groomers, nail technicians, managing inventory, payroll, and all the essential elements of running the operation.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Preferably a business background but not necessary. Ability to attract, hire, and retain a customer centric team. Even though this is a pet business, it's a people business first. Creating a strong culture at the store. Franchise experience helpful. Must have the ability to manage people and follow our proven system. Strong requirement to have a passion for pets and their well-being!
