Preserve Services does 38-54 hours of classroom training and 14 to 24 hours of on-the-job training. The classroom training is a combination of virtual and in-person training for both convenience and safety. We also follow up with quarterly virtual learning sessions and training.
In addition to the initial training we provide on-demand coaching as well as weekly check-ins with our franchisees. Our franchisees are also supported with site visits and technical consulting when needed.
