Daily Responsibilities Include:
Networking locally with healthcare providers, associations, and community organizations to build referral sources
Meeting with families to understand care needs and explain services
Interviewing, hiring, and managing office staff, caregivers, and medical professionals
Managing care plans by assigning the right team members and overseeing scheduling
Training, mentoring, and supporting team members and subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are met
