Training: Initial training is three phases. Phase one is prework done prior to In-person training. Phase two is Initial Training held in-person for 5 days at the Sandler home office in Baltimore, Maryland. Phase three is the following week with 5 half days of virtual training. Daily phone coaching is available through a Sandler coach. Training is reinforced by national train-the-trainer schools three times a year. Supplemental regional training meetings are also provided.
