The initial phase will be B2B sales to secure recurring service contracts for numerous facility services that businesses require. In addition you will source the contractors to actually perform the services. All activities will be managed by our proprietary software. You will be performing some administrative duties as well. This is a fast paced environment and you can grow as fast as your sales/management ability will carry you.
Phase two will be managing account managers, who will be doing the sales and service provider daily management within your market. You may be managing one, two or three of these depending on the size of your market. At this point you will have an administrative assistant.
Phase three will be providing overall management of your multi-million dollar business. You will have limited employees for the size of the business.
