Training
Prior to attending training, Owners must complete their IICRC certification.
Our initial training takes place at our headquarters in Ormond Beach, FL. It is two weeks and encompasses 40 hours in a classroom and 40 hours of on-the-job training. During this time, we cover working with insurance companies, claims processes, marketing, fleet management, field operations, warehouse procedures, and how to complete our multiple revenue streams.
As Franchise Owners build their team, we will train each new employee for 5 days at no additional charge at our training center.
Support
At United Water Restoration Group we currently have a team of 10 employees dedicated to Franchise Owner support and success. During Grand Opening, we will be at the Owners territory for five days and will review the status of equipment, inventory, marketing, and operational procedures. Following that, we conduct regular field visits and coaching calls. Our corporate team even helps Franchise Owners in the screening and selection of new employees!
Marketing
Marketing in this business is all about building relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, contractors, home builders, and more. Our Director of Marketing works for Franchise Owners to follow our proven programs on how to cultivate and maintain these relationships. We also focus on role-playing these relationships during training.
Owner-Operators are hands-on daily in the business.
