OWNER OPERATOR, CONVERSION & SEMI-ABSENTEE MODELS AVAILABLE
Our franchise model allows different ownership types including owner operator and semi-absentee. With our owner operator model the franchisee will oversee the day to day operations, including hiring and recruiting, sales, meeting with potential clients, creating proposals and leading a team. For the semi-absentee model, the franchisee will hire an operations manager and strong team to lead the business. The semi-absentee model requires the owner to initally spend 15-20 hours a week on administrative and managerial tasks. These hours can easily fit into their day to day schedule.

For the owner operator model the ideal candidate is someone with experience in sales, operations, or management. We are looking for candidates who are:
