As your store plan and location are being developed, you will be scheduled for an in-depth, eight-week training program to educate you on every facet of owning and operating your Ziebart business. Instructional classes include technical skills, professional sales and marketing, business management, and an in-store experience at one of Ziebart's company-owned locations.

  • Adherence to Ziebart Standards: Ensure compliance with Ziebart's operational and service standards.
  • Business Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing staff, scheduling, inventory control, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the center.
  • Customer Service: Uphold high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Interact with customers, address their inquiries, and handle any issues or complaints efficiently.
  • Marketing and Sales: Implement local marketing strategies to promote Ziebart services within the franchise's area. This will involve all aspects of media advertising, promotions, and partnerships to attract customers. You will work directly with the Ziebart Marketing Team to ensure the greatest reach and best ROI.
  • Training Available: New store training including coaching on training employees to ensure they are knowledgeable about Ziebart's product and services. It is your responsibility to uphold quality standards in the work place.
  • Financial Management: Handle budgeting, financial planning, and manage expenses to ensure profitability while maintaining the quality of services offered. You are responsible for following the financial reporting system in order to achieve the greatest results. You will provide a standard P&L to the Vice President of Operations.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the facility meets Ziebart's standards for cleanliness, organization, and functionality to provide a professional environment for customers and staff.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that the franchise operates in compliance with Ziebart's policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to automotive services and business operations.
