Training: Blushington provides a week of in-person training at our NYC headquarters for the franchise owner on all aspects of operations. Two weeks in advance of opening, Blushington will send its top hair and makeup trainers to the franchisee location and take the Artists through Blushington’s proprietary blowout, makeup, and skincare training. Additionally, a member of Blushington's corporate team will attend the opening and assist the owner for a minimum of 48 hours.
