- Meeting with customers in the showroom and discussing all the different options available within the constraints of a project or space
- Monitoring scorecards to make short and long term business decisions
- Overseeing jobs as they are being completed
- Interacting with subcontractors
Function & Daily Tasks of the Semi-Absentee Owner
Semi absentee owners will hire a skilled and knowledgeable General Manager to oversee the day-to-day tasks, allowing the owner to oversee the business from a high level. Task could include:
- Overseeing your General Manager
- Managing payroll and other high-level admin tasks
- Setting and monitoring company metrics and goals
