At City Publications our franchisees partner with local market business owners to help them to grow their businesses through our multi-media marketing platform program. B to B sales is a plus and strong organizational skills along with self-motivation are critical. We provide corporate training, on-site field reps that go on pre-set appointments with them, telemarketing services and a robust CRM system for lead generation and contact database management. We also have over 50 National Brands that run campaigns with us across the country. With all of these tools, our franchisees work on the sales cycle daily. There is also a large percentage of local networking and referrals in this model. It is a solid day-to-day sales type model with all the elements of the sales lead generation all the way through to the contract signing at the close of the sale. Due to the nature of our program, we do retain at least a 70-80% client base of business after each franchise territory is open for a year.
