Ideal Candidate
Managing the operations can be done by the franchisee directly day to day or via an onsite manager. Our corporate owned locations each have an onsite Manager that holds the title Clinic Director (this cost is also reflected in our item 19 under payroll). These managers are able to still see a client case load to generate revenue while at the same time dedicating time to manage the facility. The franchise owner will help manage the administrative side of the business but a medical doctor who is the medical director who will oversee any practice of medicine. We will assist in finding a medical professional if desired. Many doctors and practitioners want to be a part of this exciting cash based business and we have many ways to help in this capacity. We also have a team of medical directors who can be a part of this process with established protocols and training.
