Training :
Classroom and as well running the corporate store in the Miami, FL area is 53 hours. Then a week of training in the franchised location. We have a vendor who sets up all the equipment. We will train the staff the first week in the business. After the first week, routine visits to ensure success. Weekly EOS calls to drive revenue, employee happiness, and total customer satisfaction.
Special instructions/notes: Single Unit & Multi-Unit Area Development. The latter is the preferred model by franchisor due to a preferable business model that benefits from interchangeable staff sharing and marketing synergies.
