Semi-Absentee Ownership : Considered ; Semi-absentee for Homewatch involves hiring 2 full-time roles since they won't be fulfilling one of them. Depending on where they are located that will add $50k- $100k to the investment level. Semi-absentee owners need to be involved with the launch of the business because they have to apply for their home care license (if their state requires one), getting an office space and still going through our training program (3 weeks total/40 hrs dedication a week). Weeks 1 and 3 of the training are remote and the second week in Denver, CO in which the owner must attend with their 2 full-time efforts. After that it's of course general oversight of those 2 roles (Sales/Marketing and Operations).
