Le Macaron gives Franchise Owners an opportunity to start a unique, niche bakery business of their dreams with no experience necessary. Our owners enjoy simple, streamlined operations with no on-site baking as all of our delicacies are made from the highest quality ingredients and crafted at our confectionery by our master French chefs. This means no expensive kitchen equipment, flexible footprint and minimal staffing requirements. The story of Le Macaron began when Rosalie and Audrey moved from France to the United States. They quickly realized that the American market was missing the true, delicate texture of an authentic French macaron. What started as a single boutique in Sarasota has blossomed into a nationwide sensation. Despite our growth, we remain a family-oriented brand, dedicated to the "Ooh La La" factor that makes our customers smile the moment they walk through the door.
