Le Macaron gives Franchise Owners an opportunity to start a unique, niche bakery business of their dreams with no experience necessary. The story of Le Macaron began when Rosalie and Audrey moved from France to the United States. They quickly realized that the American market was missing the true, delicate texture of an authentic French macaron. What started as a single boutique in Sarasota has blossomed into a nationwide sensation. Despite our growth, we remain a family-oriented brand, dedicated to the "Ooh La La" factor that makes our customers smile the moment they walk through the door.

Although we love to work with first-time entrepreneurs, we are also looking for multi-unit owners that understand the power of leveraging cross-marketing efforts by combining cafés, kiosks, and carts.
