Training: 3 Phases of Initial Training - Training entails a combination of Self-Study, in person / classroom training in Arizona and on-site training, in the Home. The total training will last approximately 2 weeks spread out over the three phases.
FRANCHISE DAILY ACTIVITIES Checking in with their administrator/manager for a daily recap of resident's care needs. Meeting, touring and consulting with potential resident's family members. Focus will be on the marketing and management of the home versus giving care or working IN the home.
