Description

N ZONE SPORTS - THE ULTIMATE IN YOUTH SPORTS is the THE ONLY Sports Organization offering a combination of multiple revenue streams under one roof. Each one can stand alone as a lucrative, full-time businesses:

YOUTH SPORTS LEAGUES - Average League has 150-800 kids and parents pay $175-200 per child for 8 week league x 4 seasons and many of our owners operate multiple leagues. EVERY area that we go into already has existing leagues in place and we come in and blow them out of the water!

N ZONE JUNIOR - our Preschool program - we send coaches to work with the kids an hour per week in a variety of sports - not just soccer!  Parents pay $50-75/mo and each preschool has 15-50 kids - our owners manage 2-50+ preschools. These are also feeder programs for our leagues as the kids get a little older

ADULT SPORTS LEAGUES - Yes! We are running adults sports leagues for flag football, basketball, soccer, pickleball, kickball, softball and more!!!!

There are SEMI-PASSIVE opportunities for owners to start while they are currently employed.

SUPER HIGH MARGINS! 35-55% margins on leagues and 50-70% margins on the Junior (preschool) programs!

Our owners love the work/life balance, that they don't have to quit their full time job to start this on the side and that it can be building/scaling and they can transition to full time when they are ready.

The easiest way to present N Zone Sports is the same way you'd present Soccer Shots/Stars/Gems. Most new owners are starting with our preschool program because of the exceptionally high profit margins, they don't have to compete with leagues and the recurring income that comes with it. They can add youth sports leagues and adult sports leagues in the future if they want to, which are also big money-makers, even in areas where there are existing leagues.

We are the only franchise opportunity (that I'm aware of) where the entire support and training team members also own/operate their own franchise. That's how flexible our franchise model is for our owners and how determined we are to get our new owners off to the best possible start! One of the training and support team members includes our most successful owner that does only the Preschool (N Zone Junior) model and he shows our new owners how he built his empire and coaches them to do the same.

Ideal Candidate

N Zone Junior- More of a management-style concept. Franchise owner coordinates schedules of part time coaches who visit preschools one day/week to work with children whose parents have enrolled them in the sports program offered. Activities also include meeting with preschool managers/owners to discuss the benefits of having N Zone Junior in their center.

N Zone Youth and Adult Sports Leagues- preparation for Saturday/Sunday sports leagues. Activities included execution of the proprietary marketing program and answering telephone calls from prospective customers.

IDEAL CANDIDATE: Most of our new owners have one thing in common - almost all of them have kids that play or played sports. All different backgrounds from IT professionals to Teachers, some grew up playing sports and some have coached their kids in the rec league. We are looking for someone who is fun-loving, loves sports or loves the idea of working with kids We have owners from all walks of life including prior military, corporate America, school systems (teachers that finally want to get paid for their interaction with children) and more. Candidates must be coachable and open to following our time-tested plan.

N Zone Junior - daily activities

A Franchise Partner offering N Zone Junior programs has a much different timeline and set of responsibilities than an owner focusing on leagues. At the beginning, the process is focused on research and outreach to the preschools. Once the Franchise Partner connects with schools, they must work through steps to establish the programs. This includes hiring staff, connecting with the participants and customers, and managing relationships with the childcare directors. Daily responsibilities for an established N Zone Junior operator include:

  1. Starting your day by reviewing your website and looking for various forms of new customer communications. This includes but is not limited to:
  • New Members on the website (users)
  • New registrations
  • Customer communications via email and phone
  1. Communicating with staff to ensure they are aware of their program responsibilities.
  1. Communicate with Childcare Center Management regularly to make sure they are happy with the experience.
  1. Communicate with parents of participants to make sure they feel fully informed on what their child is doing in class each week.
  1. Update rosters and payment information regularly.

This is a manager-style model that is more task oriented than the leagues and requires the daily focus from the owner or manager during the Monday through Friday workweek. There are little to no responsibilities on the weekends.

In a nutshell, franchise partners follow our step-by-step plan to create and develop relationships with preschools, identify the ones that don’t have sports programs or have limited (typically soccer-only) programs. The preschools interested in our program will send our information home with parents so that they can sign up on your website.

We assist you by helping locate coaches. Once hired, they will visit each preschool once per week for 30-45 minute sessions after communicating with the coach each day, ensuring that the two of you are on the same page with regards to the daily activities for each preschool. This program is ongoing, like a membership, so your coaches will be visiting participating preschools for the foreseeable future on a repeat basis.  You’ll reach out to the preschool staff from time-to-time to ensure that they’re happy with the program and that everything is running smoothly.

Our training and support staff are all subject-matter experts because they also own and operate their own N Zone Sports franchises so they are speaking from real world experience. We will help provide training/guidance on everything from Business Planning, Financial Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Human Resources, Operations, Networking, Legal and Compliance, Identifying Growth Opportunities and Personal Development.

We will suggest a daily agenda to help prioritize tasks and stay organized. This will include tips on time management, financial management and more! It’s in our best interests to help our owners become as successful as possible and we’re determined to help each owner maximize profits!

New Franchise Partners (franchise owners) will be working with our support staff throughout the week to ensure that everything is on track. We will hold your hand and guide you each step of the way to ensure you reach your personal and professional goals for the business and maximize earning potential!

N Zone Sports Leagues - daily activities

A franchise partner offering N Zone Sports League has a very particular set of responsibilities when preparing for a league. We outline those tasks in our New League Workbook and work with new owners to review these steps weekly as a checklist. This is literally a step-by-step plan that contains our proprietary Game Time weekly activity plan. Some of these responsibilities include:

  1. Start your day by reviewing your website and looking for various forms of new customer communications. This includes but is not limited to:
  • New Members on the website (users)
  • New registrations
  • Customer communications via email and phone
  • Social media communications
  1. After responding to new customers to start the day, you may have any number of daily tasks to complete. These can include making social media posts promoting programs, distributing additional marketing, and finding small ways to promote and build your business. Our support team will provide guidance on this.
  1. Answer calls and log information from potential customers.
  1. Communicate with the N Zone Sports support team on a daily basis to make sure you are aligned with the plan set out for you.

These daily responsibilities are simple and task-oriented and really are not time consuming. Most Franchise Partners (owners) can manage their business leading up to a new season with just a couple hours a day. Once we get closer to the start of a new season, the task list will increase in volume and urgency and more time must be committed. Overall, it is still a relatively low time commitment to get these programs off the ground.

Once we get to Saturdays or your weekend program kickoffs, the time commitment for  GameDay ramps up. Most owners will spend an average of 8 hours on GameDay doing set up, program and staff management, and clean up. There are owners who hire someone to assist with this and some owners don’t mind doing it themselves. Upon the completion of each week, responsibilities like updating standings, sending out parent communication, and working to support your coaching staff are needed on a weekly basis.

On average, an N Zone Sports League operator will work approximately 10 hours per week leading up to the season. Then during the season, that commitment increases to approximately 15-20 hours per week.

OUR FRANCHISE MODEL IS SO FLEXIBLE THAT MOST OF OUR CORPORATE SUPPORT TEAM MEMBERS OWN N ZONE FRANCHISES THEMSELVES AND HAVE A TON OF TIME ON THEIR HANDS!
