NuSpine Chiropractic provides every franchisee with a robust training and learning suite. From NuSpine University to virtual and on-site trainings for every employee and the franchisee is provided, as well as, ongoing trainings at regularly schedule times and ad hoc when necessary and/or requested.
Franchisee's are responsible for leading/managing their 2-5 person staff, reviewing financial and marketing KPIs, especially new patients, patient to enrolled member conversions, and enrolled member retention. Maintain brand standards as they relate to clinic facility and customer service standards. Franchisees need to be up to date on training for all positions and adhere to system standards.
Adhere to all state regulations and requirements for executing a chiropractic practice.
Franchisee can also designate a key employee or hire an operations manager to take on these tasks.
