Training:
Training will be held at our headquarters in North Canton, Ohio. We reserve the right to vary the length and content of the initial training program based on the experience and skill level of any individual attending the initial training program.
The instructional materials consist of the Manual and other materials, lectures, discussions, and on-the-job demonstration and practice.
Franchisees daily activities will include recruiting, interviewing, and training outside sales consultants. Designing Solar proposals and presenting to potential customers. Meeting with their market install managers to review each projects progress. Meet with area managers and stay up to date on current industry trends and knowledge. Complete payroll reports for accounting and payroll concierge.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Have a minimum of 5-10 years in outside direct sales with strong customer service abilities; Have good time management and schedule maintenance abilities; Be a high performing professional with technical skills; Be an owner operator and comfortable with being very hands on in the business; Be able to meet initial investment requirements.
