We're looking for operators. The Owner/Operator is hands-on in the day-to-day operation of the business. They are the face of the business in their community-running the sales and back-office functions, meeting with prospective clients and new referral sources(mitigators), providing quotes on projects and timelines on the completion of cabinet rebuilds before new installation. To begin with, they’ll be managing a finisher, cabinet carpenter, and two ECR/installation technicians but as their referral base grows they will hire and train estimators and assign the roles of Shop Manager and Project Manager that will oversee teams of finishers, carpenters and ECR/install technicians. In our model, it is essential for the owner to be hands on and drive the growth of the business.
