Scout & Molly's Franchisees receive detailed training at both the Ownership level and Employee level. Pre-opening training is both online and in person at the Corporate Headquarters. Buyers, VP of Ops, support personal, Marketing team all work with Franchisees and Managers on all aspects to open, run and ongoing assistance.

Grand Opening Support for opening locations comes from Rhino 7 Real Estate Project Management Teams. This includes site location selection, lease negotiation, retrofit and tenant improvement, and grand opening assistance. 

All Scout & Molly's Franchisees create a detailed market penetration strategy with corporate before launching the business. Grand opening advertising and launch day receive virtual and in person support by Corporate Scout & Molly’s Team.



Ideal Candidate

Owner Operator:
Daily Manager/CEO of the Business. This Franchisee is 40+ hours a week and in all aspects of managing the boutique and the company as the CEO.

Manage the Manager:
This Franchisee hires a Full-time Boutique Manager. The Franchisee manages the Manager and also runs the Company as the CEO. The Manager runs the Boutique from a Manager level. This time requirement is whatever it takes to be successful

IDEAL CANDIDATE
A woman or husband and wife team who has experience in corporate America, with transferrable skills of leadership, time management, staffing oversight, etc. She wants to move on from the corporate grind to owning her own fun and rewarding business.
