Description

Big Bowls. Bold Flavors. Unmatched Growth.

There’s a reason Teriyaki shops are everywhere in Seattle—teriyaki is fast, flavorful, and healthy. Teriyaki Madness (TMAD) was born from that same Seattle love affair with bold Asian flavors, brought to Las Vegas in 2003 by founders who believed it could thrive in any market. And it did. With Average Unit Volumes (AUVs) exceeding $1 million, TMAD quickly attracted a loyal following.

After proving the model with seven thriving shops, Teriyaki Madness launched its franchise system in 2012, spreading deliciousness across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Now with 170+ shops in 39 states, TMAD is one of the fastest-growing Asian fast-casual franchises in North America.

What Makes TMAD Different?

Teriyaki Madness offers a fresh, high-quality Asian menu built for modern customers. We serve made-to-order, customizable teriyaki bowls featuring never-frozen, marinated and grilled meats, wok-fired veggies, and scratch-made sauces in a vibrant, high-energy setting. Our menu is designed to deliver craveable flavor with a healthy twist, all at an affordable price.

With a low investment model, strong unit economics, and an AUV of $1,177,195*, TMAD stands out as a top franchise for entrepreneurs seeking growth. Our shops consistently outperform industry averages with 3x same-shop sales growth**, and our team of seasoned fast-casual executives and robust business systems ensure franchisee success from the start.

Why Asian Fast Casual?

Asian food is the fastest-growing food segment globally—up nearly 500% since 1999. With rising demand for flavorful, health-conscious meals, Teriyaki Madness delivers on what today’s diners crave. We’re not just riding the trend—we’re leading it.

Whether you're a seasoned entrepreneur or a first-time business owner, Teriyaki Madness offers a proven franchise model with huge potential, unbeatable flavors, and an energetic, community-focused brand.
