As a non-staffed facility, the daily routine would involve addressing emails periodically which will include enrollments, cancellation/freeze requests, general inquiries and the like. Receiving phone calls is also a routine occurrence which may involve answering questions or assisting customers into a facility for access to workout or a self-guided tour. these tasks can be accomplished anywhere there is internet and cellular service.

Must have a desire to provide personalized service when necessary. Someone who values a solid work life balance with an emphasis on life as the job itself demands very little "work". Must be willing to be accessible 24/7/365 in the event a customer needs immediate attention. Professional demeanor, good social skills and well organized are other must haves.
