Franchise Model and Offerings

Beyond Food Mart offers franchises for the development and operation of convenience stores at specified locations, typically in motor fuel and power retailing facilities or similar locations. Each store sells a variety of products, including groceries, hot and cold prepared food, snacks, beverages, toiletries, magazines, novelty items, and, where legally permissible, alcohol and tobacco products. The stores typically occupy between 1,600 and 7,000 square feet of retail space, with most stores having about 2,500 square feet.

  • Beyond International, LLC owns the Beyond Food Mart® trade name, trademarks, and other intellectual property, licensing them to Beyond Franchising Inc. with permission to sublicense to franchisees. Beyond Food Mart, Inc. is a California corporation to which Beyond International, LLC has licensed the intellectual property and given the right to develop Beyond Food Mart® locations. This entity may operate some locations or sell or lease the real property to franchisees.
