Training Program

  • Local outreach and initial contact building
  • Full guidance to ensure operational readiness

Training Completion Requirements

  • Franchisee cannot open until Phase I is completed successfully.
  • Franchisee cannot continue operating unless Phase II is completed.
  • If performance is insufficient, franchisor may require additional training or cancel the Franchise Agreement.

Ongoing Training

Franchisees must attend:

  • Up to 2 days of refresher/update training per year (held in up to two sessions).

Additional team members may attend if space permits.
Franchisor provides training at no cost, but franchisee covers travel, lodging & miscellaneous expenses.

Support Programs

A dedicated field support representative will visit franchisees on the following schedule:
