Franchise owners are "business builders" and spend 65% to 75% of their time marketing and working directly with their key referral sources to build relationships that generate client referrals.  Approximatley 20% of their time is spent making sure that our superior recruitment process is working to help them hire and maintain quality caregivers.  The remaining 10% or so of their time is spent on the financial management of the busienss as well as other related administrative functions.
