Description

The HomeCare Advocacy Network (HCAN) offers a unique franchise opportunity built on a strategic approach to territory selection and long-term growth in the home care industry. Our model is designed to empower franchise owners with a strong foundation, comprehensive training, and the ability to serve their communities with compassion and purpose.

HCAN provides a full range of non-medical home care services, including companionship, meal preparation, medication reminders, personal care, and specialized memory care. These essential services allow seniors to age in place with dignity and independence—while giving families the peace of mind that their loved ones are in good hands.

What sets HomeCare Advocacy Network apart is our mission-driven approach to care and business. Franchise owners not only benefit from a scalable and supportive model but also experience the fulfillment that comes from making a real difference in the lives of seniors and their families.

As the demand for quality senior care continues to rise, HCAN offers franchisees the opportunity to build a rewarding business that creates lasting impact—one client at a time.

  • Customer Relations
  • Management
  • Daily Operating Procedures
  • Marketing
  • Financial Reporting

Ongoing training/coaching continues beyond the initial 80 hours, which includes scheduled weekly calls with your designated support member.  Weekly engagements are tracked through an accountability tool that allows our owners to share successes and needed enhancements with their local office staff as they see fit, while ensuring they are up to date with current changes. Corporate support, with your designated coach, can be accessed 24/7.  Our model is 24/7 with the clients you serve and the caregivers you hire, which is why our support we provide is 24/7 for those that join our HCAN family.
