HomeWell provides dedicated support from members of the Opening Services and Training teams prior to opening through weekly calls; our newly launched online Learning Lab; and live training sessions covering industry overview, HomeWell differentiators, franchisee and franchisor relationship, business ownership, talent management, marketing, and sales. After locations open, HomeWell continues training for owners and their employees in areas of sales, marketing, partnerships, and business coaching.

9:00am- Sales meeting. Discuss revenue, goals, major accounts, sales route for the day, and strategy.
10:00am-Ops meeting: Discuss caregiver recruitment funnel, admit hours and goals, current census, staffing and scheduling issues or concerns.

1:00-3:00pm- Participate in some ride alongs with a sales rep at your key accounts.
3:30-4:30pm- Sit with HR/scheduler to observe some caregiver interviews and coach for best practices.
4:30-5:30pm-Review client platform data, strategize, and plan for the next day.

HomeWell is reducing the barrier to entry through our Ownership Options. Upon signing a franchise agreement, all new franchisees will pay a $5,000 training fee. Then they have two options:
Option 1: The Standard Path-franchise fee of $49,500 will be paid within 150 days of signing the franchise agreement and have a 5% royalty. OR
Option 2: The Zero-Initial Franchise Fee- Pay only the $5,000 training fee and have a 10% royalty rate until reaching a pre-determined amount of revenue.
