ISI® Elite Training provides comprehensive support and training to ensure franchisee success, including:
Initial Training: 40+ hours covering operations, brand standards, sales, and marketing.
Onboarding Support: Site selection, lease negotiation, and studio build-out guidance.
Ongoing Training: Monthly coaching calls, regional meetings, and annual conventions.
Marketing Support: Custom campaigns, digital lead generation, and social media strategies.
Technology: CRM, member management tools, performance tracking, and mobile app.
