Ideal Candidate

Varies by ownership model.  We have single unit owner-operator, single/multi-unit executive ownership, and area representative models available.

Owner Operators should expect to work 40+ hours per week with the support of assistant managers in running the day to day of the restaurant.

Executive Owners will need to cover the cost for a general manager.  They should expect to be checking in on the business daily (virtually through our cloud based POS) for the first few months of the business.  They will have weekly calls with the corporate operations team to review business performance.
