  • Owner Operator with no Technicians
  • The owner will:

  • Educating prospective clients across the targeted business categories

  • The owner will:
  • Effectively coordinate the previously outlined owner operated tasks
  • Actively be involved in training and management of staff

  • Have full control regarding the scalability they wish to have or achieve. 
  • Executive operators with a “Manager Run” group of Technicians
  • The owner will:
  • Effectively coordinate both the previously outlined “owner operated” and “executive operators with technicians” tasks along with the option to become a single or multiple territory franchise partner.
  • Lead a group of technicians, focused on creating and maintaining a yearly gross revenue outcome well above $500K*
  • Develop his/her team with scalability.
  • Have shown a previous capacity to successfully manage teams prior to becoming a franchise partner.

  • Have oversight on all Hands-on-the-tools training.
