- The owner will:
- Be tasked with building brand awareness
- Forging referral & repeat based relationships
- Consistently invest time and effort into a daily/weekly sales & marketing agenda.
- Perform the variety of restoration and repairs being generated.
- Educating prospective clients across the targeted business categories
- Demonstrate the unique value proposition we offer in terms of the problems solved
- Executive operators with Technicians
- The owner will:
- Effectively coordinate the previously outlined owner operated tasks
- Actively be involved in training and management of staff
- Consistently invest time and effort into a strategic sales & marketing agenda
- Oversee and/or perform the variety of restoration and repairs being generated.
- Have full control regarding the scalability they wish to have or achieve.
- Executive operators with a “Manager Run” group of Technicians
- The owner will:
- Effectively coordinate both the previously outlined “owner operated” and “executive operators with technicians” tasks along with the option to become a single or multiple territory franchise partner.
- Lead a group of technicians, focused on creating and maintaining a yearly gross revenue outcome well above $500K*
- Develop his/her team with scalability.
- Have shown a previous capacity to successfully manage teams prior to becoming a franchise partner.
