Oasis Senior Advisors is a trusted, no-cost resource for seniors and their families navigating the complex world of senior living options. Whether the need is for assisted living, memory care, or independent living communities, Oasis provides compassionate, one-on-one guidance to help families find the best fit for their loved ones—without charging a dime for the service.
The Oasis model is simple yet powerful. Franchisees build relationships with senior living communities to create an inventory of options, develop referral networks with professionals like hospital discharge planners and geriatric care managers, and work directly with families to understand their unique needs. This personal approach ensures that each family receives empathetic support and customized recommendations.
Unlike traditional senior placement services, Oasis Senior Advisors franchise owners follow a proven system that emphasizes local relationships, genuine care, and a streamlined process. Communities pay a referral fee—typically 70% to 75% of the first month’s rent—making the service entirely free for families while providing a lucrative business model for franchisees.
If you're passionate about helping others and want to make a meaningful impact in your community, an Oasis Senior Advisors franchise offers both personal fulfillment and professional opportunity—all while helping seniors find the right place to call home.

Competitive advantage of the product/service
o The first and most important step as an Oasis Senior Advisors business owner is build an inventory of communities in which to refer seniors (then a minimal amount of time maintaining those relationships)… these communities need us similarly to how franchisors need good consultants. This is rarely a tough sell - Oasis Senior Advisors is like having an extra “free” sales force out in the community marketing their home/community. To do this, the Advisor contacts and meets with the sales/marketing director or the executive director of the community to take a tour, learn the details of the community and to have the referral agreement signed. Once the agreement is signed, all details of the community are entered into OasisIQ.
o Zees focus a large portion of their time developing referral sources through marketing and networking. Hospitals and Skilled Nursing Facilities need us to help them turn their beds. Franchisees attain a Senior Advisor Certification (CSA) which, among other things, enters them into a world of eldercare professionals. They set meetings with lead sources, take them to lunch, bring them gift baskets, send cards… the most fun part of the business. The lead sources eagerly and excitedly start recommending us to one another and to their clients who are most often facing an urgent situation.
o Zees spend the other portion of their week working directly with clients, guiding the seniors and their families through senior living options. Ultimately we schedule a tour for the family and senior and whenever possible accompany the family and facilitate the tour.
IDEAL CANDIDATE: Ambitious and driven. Ability and desire to work independently, without employees. Comfortable with networking and developing relationships with senior living communities' Executive Directors and sales/ marketing staff, with lead sources such as hospital and skilled nursing facilities' and other geriatric professionals, and consulting with seniors and families. VERY MUCH LIKE A CONSULTANT THEMSELVES.
