76 FENCE Grows Across Colorado and Wyoming With Jason Smith
76 FENCE now enters Colorado and Wyoming with Jason Smith leading Mile High operations and future franchise growth across the Rocky Mountain region.
76 FENCE Expands Into Colorado and Wyoming With Jason Smith
76 FENCE is entering the Rocky Mountain region with an experienced entrepreneur at the center of its expansion plans.
Jason Smith has joined the fencing franchise as a Regional Developer for Colorado and Wyoming, where he will help establish the brand, operate his own business and eventually support additional franchise owners entering the two-state territory.
The expansion includes the launch of 76 FENCE Mile High, the company’s first operation in the region. The Denver-area business will initially serve customers in Evergreen, Littleton and Parker, bringing residential and commercial fencing services to communities across the market.
Real Estate Experience Leads to a New Business Chapter
Smith arrives at 76 FENCE after nearly three decades of experience spanning real estate, business ownership, sales, marketing, leadership and customer service.
Rather than simply purchasing a single franchise territory, Smith chose the Regional Developer model. That gives him a larger role in building the brand throughout Colorado and Wyoming.
His responsibilities will include identifying and supporting future franchise owners while developing the local 76 FENCE business. It is a model that fits Smith’s experience building teams and creating long-term business relationships.
Smith has spent much of his career in Colorado. Originally from northwest Ohio, he relocated to the state in 1998. Over the years, Colorado became home for Smith and his family, making the opportunity to develop a business across the region especially meaningful.
The move also represents a shift away from relying entirely on the traditional real estate industry. Smith sees the fencing business as an opportunity to build something scalable while creating an asset that could eventually become a long-term family business.
76 FENCE Mile High Targets Denver-Area Demand
The first stage of the expansion will focus on 76 FENCE Mile High.
The business offers fencing for homeowners, commercial customers and larger properties, with options that include wood, steel, aluminum and vinyl. Services can range from new fence installations to repairs, maintenance and staining.
Colorado and Wyoming provide an interesting market for the concept because fencing needs can vary considerably throughout the region.
Suburban homeowners may want additional privacy, security or pet protection. Ranches and agricultural properties require practical fencing solutions across larger areas. Commercial customers may need fencing for security, property boundaries or operational purposes.
That variety gives the business access to several customer segments instead of relying on one type of project.
General Manager Tim Shelton will support the day-to-day operations of the Mile High business. Shelton brings experience from construction operations, installation management and Google Fiber.
That structure allows Smith to concentrate on leadership, business development and the broader expansion of 76 FENCE throughout the region while remaining involved in the local operation.
Building a Franchise Network Across Two States
Smith’s longer-term opportunity extends beyond the Denver market.
As Regional Developer, he will work to grow the 76 FENCE franchise network across Colorado and Wyoming by recruiting, mentoring and supporting entrepreneurs interested in operating their own territories.
For 76 FENCE, the arrangement creates local leadership for a large geographic market rather than attempting to manage expansion entirely from the corporate level.
For Smith, it creates two potential areas of growth: developing his own fencing business and helping other franchise owners establish operations throughout the region.
The strategy also reflects the broader growth of home services franchising. Consumers increasingly expect professional scheduling, communication, quoting and customer service from contractors, creating opportunities for franchise systems that can combine local ownership with established operating processes.
76 FENCE Continues National Expansion
76 FENCE serves residential and commercial customers with a business model centered on fence installation, service and repair.
The franchise system also provides owners with training, operational assistance, marketing support and protected territories. Its model is designed to give entrepreneurs the infrastructure needed to enter the fencing industry without having to develop every part of the business independently.
The Colorado and Wyoming agreement now gives the brand a foundation for expansion throughout an important part of the western United States.
For Smith, however, the opportunity is about more than opening another company. His plan is to develop a network of locally owned businesses built around customer service, professional operations and quality workmanship.
With 76 FENCE Mile High beginning the brand’s Rocky Mountain presence, Colorado and Wyoming could become an important part of the franchise company’s next stage of growth.
