Annual Conference Celebrates Franchise Excellence

At its annual Las Vegas conference, themed “Double Down on Success,” Ziebart brought together its global franchise network to recognize performance and outline future growth strategies. The event highlighted top-performing operators across multiple categories, including Customer Experience Rising Star and Multi-Unit Top Achiever.

CEO and President Thomas A. Wolfe emphasized that these recognitions reflect the strength, consistency and leadership within the franchise system.

Mattiacio Group Recognized with Top Honors

A key highlight of the event was the presentation of the inaugural Heart of Ziebart Award to Zach Mattiacio, Chief Financial Officer of the Mattiacio Group. This award honors individuals who embody the brand’s values through leadership, collaboration and community impact.

The Mattiacio Group, the largest Ziebart franchisee, operates 24 locations across New York, Florida, Indiana and Ohio, with another location in development. The group also earned nine awards during the conference, including Dealer of the Year.

Technology and Dealer Partnerships Drive Growth

Ziebart is continuing to invest in innovation with the introduction of the iBart app, designed to enhance customer engagement and streamline franchise operations.

Another major initiative is the Gold Shield Protection Program, which enables automotive dealerships to offer Ziebart’s protection services directly within their facilities. These services include fabric protection, leather conditioning and paint protection, all delivered using Ziebart products.

Gold Shield Expands Market Access

The Gold Shield program eliminates the need for dealerships to outsource services to nearby Ziebart locations. Instead, dealership teams are trained to perform services on-site, creating new revenue streams and improving customer convenience. The program is available to qualified dealerships across the United States.

Strong Aftermarket Growth Creates Opportunity

The automotive aftermarket sector continues to expand, with consumer spending expected to reach $435 billion this year and exceed $500 billion by 2028. Ziebart franchisees are well-positioned to capitalize on this growth through services such as detailing, paint correction, corrosion protection, window tinting and Rhino-Linings sprayed-on bedliners.
