Poke Bowl was founded in March 2017 in Fulton St. Since then it has expanded throughout the city, opening Poke Bowl Canal St and following it with twelve more equally beautiful locations.
Traditionally, poke bowls consist of cubes of marinated, raw, fresh fish, most commonly tuna or salmon, served over a bed of rice with minimal garnishes, such as candlenuts, sea salt, seaweed, and limu, a type of brown algae. Poke bowls have since evolved to include a variety of complex marinades and non-traditional toppings. Some of our most popular non-conventional toppings include miso chicken, Korean BBQ pork, edamame, masago, jalapenos, and Sriracha aioli!
